Welcome to SIMVITE, created by Desert Fox Products, LLC. (“DFP”, “we” or “us”). We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy covers the experience we provide for our users. One of the goals of SIMVITE is to collect as little information about our users and to be proactive in removing collected data in a timely fashion.
What information do we collect?

We collect information when you create an account. This includes: first name, last name, phone number, and number of credits purchased. We also collect information when you create an event like: event name, invitees, location, dates and any notes you supply.

Your account information is held in a secure database until you delete your account. The event data that we collect is held until 60 days after the event and then it is purged from our systems.

SIMVITE operates using SMS and needs phone numbers to send event details. SIMVITE will be storing the phone numbers of the contacts you invite in its server for sending and managing invites. All your contacts phone number along with your phone number will be deleted from our server when you delete your account.
How we use your information​

We use your information only to perform the services claimed by SIMVITE, like creating or responding to event invites. We do not share your information with any 3rd parties, nor do we collect any information from 3rd parties.
Your Rights​

You may submit a request to access or delete the information we have collected about you by sending your request to us at the email or physical address provided in the Contact section at the bottom of this policy.
Security and Storage​

We use reasonable measures to help protect information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. You should understand that no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100 percent secure.
